The Employability Check © is a scientifically proven skills assessment for people who seek a professional reorientation. It shows how the job search can be tailored to the individual needs, aspirations and skills of the jobseeker and how genuine added value can be created on the labour market.
The Employability Check © enables you to quickly position yourself on the traditional employment market as well as to successfully access the „hidden“ market – the market which creates the most opportunities.
Each Employability Check © consists of two steps: online questionnaire and assessment discussion with a coach.
You can fill in the questionnaire by means of your license on the Career Manager. An assessment discussion always ends with an individual action plan and allows you to participate in webinars on the subject.
