Executives have their own agendas. Executive Coaching is individual sparring at the top level, in which leaders and managers reflect on and optimise their own management performance. Experienced executive coaches offer a confidential framework in which to align one’s own personality with corporate success dimensions and to develop authentic leadership.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching is a bonding measure for key players. A major international project is coming up, a promotion is in sight: Leadership Coaching takes coachees with direct responsibility and moves them in the sense that they become entrepreneurs within the company.
